This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and develop an engaged community of contract specialists across various disciplines.
• Create consistent communications regarding new opportunities, company updates, and community initiatives.
• Design programs that enhance contractor engagement, retention, and overall experience.
• Establish relationships with contractors and act as a reliable point of contact throughout their journey.
• Collect community feedback and identify avenues for process, communication, and engagement improvements.
• Oversee daily communications with a vast network of contract specialists.
• Coordinate swift staffing for both new and ongoing projects in alignment with project needs and availability.
• Address contractor inquiries related to onboarding, scheduling, systems, policies, and project logistics.
• Monitor contractor responsiveness and follow up to ensure adherence to staffing timelines.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors.
• Gather contractor hours and review submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect timesheets.
• Maintain records that support payroll and client billing processes.
• Assist with operational reporting and workforce planning efforts.
• Resolve discrepancies related to time tracking, assignments, and project records.
• Maintain staffing trackers, workforce planning spreadsheets, and operational dashboards.
• Update extensive operational spreadsheets for expert pools, project staffing, onboarding status, and project metrics.
• Conduct quality checks on operational data.
• Generate reports that support staffing, operations, and leadership decision-making.
• Enhance the organization, automation, and reporting processes of spreadsheets.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in community management, people operations, recruiting, customer success, or a comparable role.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in community management, operations, customer success, people operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing communications with large groups or distributed communities.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets), including the organization of large datasets and maintaining operational trackers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with organizational competencies.
• Capability to prioritize multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience working with contractor populations or contingent workforces is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, CRM, or project management tools is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment is a bonus.
