Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the TikFinity Discord community on a daily basis, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.

• Transform community input into organized reports for the product team.

• Differentiate between actual product issues and user mistakes, as well as discerning non-critical feedback.

• Inform the community about product updates, new features, and upcoming roadmap themes.

• Conduct live sessions on TikFinity's TikTok account.

• Facilitate on-air coaching sessions within Discord.

• Uphold a safe and welcoming environment on the server through established guidelines, FAQs, and conflict resolution techniques.

• Organize and execute community events, including giveaways and challenges.

• Monitor community health by providing regular reports on activity, sentiment, and key topics.

• Recognize influential users and nurture them into TikFinity ambassadors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing an online community.

• Previous Discord experience is preferred.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong on-camera communication skills.

• Willingness to present live in front of an audience.

• Technical curiosity to replicate issues before reporting them.

• Consistent daily availability with adaptability during peak community engagement periods.

• Capability to de-escalate intense discussions.

• Understanding of streaming and creator culture, particularly in relation to TikTok LIVE.

• Located in Germany or Austria, or within a two-hour window of that time zone.

• Experience in hosting streams or live broadcasts is a plus.

• Skills in Discord setup, including managing bots, roles, and permissions, are advantageous.

• Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
