Senior Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit and expand a network of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors within the travel, premium lifestyle, and rewards sectors.

• Foster and manage relationships with community members to ensure they feel engaged, valued, and active.

• Develop and oversee the ambassador and affiliate program.

• Design partnerships with creators that deliver value for both the creators and Taekus.

• Organize programming and experiences, such as dinners, meetups, AMAs, member spotlights, and branded events both online and offline.

• Monitor trends, creators, and discussions in the travel and rewards landscape.

• Provide ecosystem insights to the Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

• Contribute to shaping Taekus's authentic, credible, and access-first community voice.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in building and managing engaged online communities.

• Background in social media and digital platforms with insight into how communities develop and maintain activity.

• Knowledge of social affiliate and creator marketing, including partnership structuring, tracking, and growth strategies.

• Proficient in social media and travel, with a strong understanding of points bookings.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in building initiatives from the ground up.

• An established network of creators, influencers, or community leaders is a plus.

• Experience in creating content for social media, podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, or other community-oriented channels is advantageous.

• Experience in organizing meetups, dinners, events, or conferences is beneficial.

• A personal following or reputation in the travel, points, or creator space is a valuable asset.

• Relevant experience with financial services, fintech, travel, loyalty, or hospitality brands is a plus.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed to work in the United States.

• Availability for an onsite interview in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Austin is required.
