Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Establish a network of university ambassadors throughout Karachi.

• Organize weekly community events.

• Expand a paid member directory.

• Oversee the brand's social media presence.

• Report directly to the Owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from an accredited university is the minimum requirement, with no exceptions.

• Must have held the position of President in a university society, specifically one focused on Events, Social activities, or Business (not academic or departmental societies).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

• Proven understanding of revenue generation, KPIs, and operational/business acumen, extending beyond just event logistics.

• Full-time availability is required; no conflicting academic, clinical, or other full-time obligations.

• A background in psychology, business, or a related field is preferred, welcoming both psychology and business graduates.

• Previous experience in community building, business development, or partnerships is preferred.

• An existing personal brand or social media presence is preferred.
