Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Planning and publishing content across the company's active social media channels, tailoring each post to fit the format and style of each platform.

• Management of the content calendar, collaborating with the marketing lead to ensure a consistent presence that aligns with the brand strategy.

• Crafting copy and adapting messages for posts, stories, reels, newsletters, and other digital formats.

• Daily community management, reviewing comments, private messages, mentions, and interactions, responding appropriately with the brand's tone when necessary.

• Identifying trends, content opportunities, and best practices on social media, suggesting ideas to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand perception.

• Collaborating with the marketing lead to adapt and publish content on each channel, managing accounts, tracking activity, and replying to messages or interactions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles as a Community Manager or in social media management.

• Advanced proficiency in Instagram.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in TikTok.

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and information management.

• Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt content for posts, stories, reels, newsletters, and other digital formats.

• Experience in managing digital communities, addressing comments, messages, and engaging with users.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level, primarily in writing.

• Experience in companies within the sports, fitness, health, retail, e-commerce, distribution, or consumer products sectors will be valued.

• Experience working with international clients or in B2B environments will be a plus.

• A proactive, organized, resourceful profile with customer-oriented focus and ability to work autonomously while coordinating with the team.

• A positive attitude, commitment, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
