Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively oversee and moderate local Telegram groups

• Enhance community engagement by sparking discussions, addressing inquiries, and delivering updates about the company, events, and products

• Create and distribute content focused on poker, cryptocurrency, iGaming, blockchain gaming, and company initiatives

• Serve as the primary Telegram contact to assist community members with their questions and concerns

• Design and execute strategies for community growth and user engagement

• Monitor and evaluate community growth, engagement, and sentiment while providing insightful feedback

• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and development teams

• Organize and promote AMAs, giveaways, and contests

• Keep abreast of trends in poker, cryptocurrency, blockchain, iGaming, and gaming

• Generate innovative ideas to engage the poker community

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of poker is crucial

• Native or fluent proficiency in the language of the community you'll manage, such as Korean, Japanese, French, or Italian

• Solid understanding of the local poker community and player culture

• Experience in managing Telegram, Discord, poker groups, social communities, or similar online platforms

• Comfortable engaging directly with players and initiating conversations

• Exceptional written communication skills with a natural, community-focused tone

• Knowledge of online poker/iGaming is highly preferred

• Existing connections within the local poker ecosystem would be a significant advantage
