This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Perform market analysis and evaluate the competitive landscape to distinguish HarmonyCares services for external referral partners.
• Inform community partners and prospective patients about the mission and service offerings of HarmonyCares.
• Achieve or surpass established goals for in-person and virtual meetings with key decision-makers.
• Familiarize yourself with eligibility and enrollment procedures.
• Provide guidance on and facilitate benefit enrollment along with related processes.
• Monitor performance in the CRM and meet budgeted targets for the designated region.
• Arrange face-to-face or phone discussions with patients, caregivers, or legal representatives regarding program eligibility.
• Clarify accountable care organization or CMS alternative payment model programs and collect Voluntary Alignment Forms when patients opt in.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from patients, families, and facility staff regarding company business units.
• Direct patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling, and billing to the appropriate department.
• Oversee and document outreach calls and meetings with external sources.
• Comply with company policies, relevant laws, and marketing and patient outreach standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Maintain communication with sales leaders, local business unit management, and support personnel.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree or over 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively represent company service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and territory management.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and driven individual who can perform at a high level with minimal oversight after initial training and orientation.
