Community Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with fire departments, emergency management offices, dispatch centers, and various first responder agencies in Pano deployment regions.

• Ensure that agencies comprehend the benefits of Pano and actively utilize the platform.

• Identify suitable agencies and decision-makers within camera coverage zones.

• Lead the onboarding and training processes for end-users.

• Encourage platform engagement extending beyond the initial onboarding phase.

• Regularly connect with agencies to gauge platform usage and address any adoption challenges.

• Assist in ensuring that alerts are evaluated and put into operation.

• Convey agency feedback and field insights to Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.

• Represent Pano AI at agency meetings, industry events, workshops, presentations, and deployment activities.

• Create and oversee Pano AI’s network of engaged end-users who respond to alerts from Pano stations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the state of Texas.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Wildfire, Forestry, and Disaster Management roles.

• Strong preference for experience with Federal wildland fire or state fire agencies.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in training and development, sales/marketing, customer success/support, operations, or project management.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of the time.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• A friendly, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor along with strong interpersonal and outreach capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and multitask with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable operating in a SaaS environment.

• Proficient in Google Suite.

• A belief in Pano AI’s mission and empathy for stakeholders.

• A curiosity and interest in Pano AI technology.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
