This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
β’ Identify, target, and implement business strategies within the local community to enhance ViiV's approach to HIV prevention and treatment.
β’ Initiate and lead community-related initiatives that are aligned with territory-level sales in collaboration with matrix teams.
β’ Provide both branded and unbranded content to Allied Healthcare Professionals and patients/consumers.
β’ Share clinical information about long-acting injectables in HIV prevention and treatment with underrepresented populations, allied healthcare providers, and PrEP and treatment decision-makers and influencers.
β’ Conduct promotional activities for long-acting injectables in the context of HIV prevention and treatment.
β’ Engage with social workers, case managers, treatment educators, discharge planners, outreach workers, benefits/implementation administrators, and community organizations.
β’ Offer culturally relevant resources for discussions regarding PrEP and treatment options.
β’ Build community networks and pathways for linking individuals to PrEP and treatment care.
β’ Align and implement customized business plans to assist healthcare providers in scaling prevention and treatment models.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical, and other cross-functional teams.
β’ Maintain a portfolio-based selling approach and ensure effective internal communication.
β’ Deliver and adjust execution plans utilizing KPIs, scaling successes, and addressing business challenges.
β’ Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
β’ BA/BS degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales experience, including specialty/HIV experience, or over 5 years in HIV/AIDS or public health community-based organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically as needed, including nights/weekends and overnight stays, with the majority of time spent in market.
β’ A valid Driver's License is required.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
β’ A degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Policy, or Health/Allied Health fields is preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of community needs, particularly in HIV prevention and treatment.
β’ Proven experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, and action-oriented objectives.
β’ Demonstrated ability to navigate, organize, and influence key stakeholders, establishing community networks and pathways to broaden outreach to underrepresented populations.
β’ Experience in defining and executing market development strategies.
β’ Excellent planning and organizational skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
