Community and Partnerships Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, reach out to, and establish partnerships with campus leaders, Muslim Student Associations, mosques, and local community organizations throughout the US.

• Facilitate organic community engagement and foster active discussions in online spaces, forums, and digital subcultures.

• Assist in the planning and execution of online community events and webinars.

• Compose community newsletters, email outreach, event content, and digital updates centered around alternative investments and Islamic finance.

• Investigate community trends, audience inquiries, and popular financial topics within student and professional networks.

• Oversee grassroots outreach initiatives and community engagement projects under the direction of the marketing team.

• Maintain outreach trackers, partner directories, and event calendars.

• Collaborate with brand ambassadors on the execution of campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written English and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with an innate leadership capability.

• Strong familiarity with Reddit and various online community platforms.

• Proactive mindset and confidence in reaching out to campus and community leaders.

• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive; capable of leading and supporting projects from inception to completion.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage daily tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

• Profound interest in fintech, Islamic finance, and alternative investments.

• Leadership experience within a university Muslim Student Association, student club, or local community group (preferred).

• Experience in moderating or actively participating in subreddits, online forums, or digital subcultures (preferred).

• Experience in organizing virtual events, hosting discussions, or managing online webinars (preferred).
