This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
β’ Create, organize, and implement technical product and sales skills training for the ENT Sales organization, including onboarding for new employees.
β’ Evaluate training requirements and pinpoint knowledge and skill deficiencies, developing tailored learning solutions.
β’ Craft engaging, learner-focused training materials utilizing adult learning theories in collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
β’ Ensure that training curricula and resources are current with the latest technologies, clinical practices, business objectives, and regulatory standards.
β’ Oversee training initiatives and learner information within the Totara Learning Management System, including tracking progress, reporting, and enhancing content.
β’ Organize and manage training events, covering logistics, communication, attendance, and feedback, by utilizing appropriate event management tools.
β’ Work alongside Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to guarantee that programs address business needs and comply with relevant policies and guidelines.
β’ Direct training-related initiatives, manage priorities and budgets, and seek opportunities to enhance learning effectiveness while integrating innovative learning technologies.
β’ At least 3 years of pertinent experience in designing, developing, and executing technical, clinical, or sales training programs.
β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging and instructing clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
β’ Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities autonomously with minimal oversight.
β’ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, effective in influencing and working across various functions.
β’ Analytical mindset, capable of evaluating training effectiveness, learner feedback, and program performance to drive improvements.
β’ Proficient in creating clear, engaging, and learner-centered training materials.
β’ High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail, especially when coordinating regional training initiatives and events.
β’ High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Experience with Totara LMS or similar learning management systems.
β’ Background in medical devices, healthcare, clinical settings, or field sales/support.
β’ Familiarity with clinical laboratory environments or direct interaction with healthcare professionals.
β’ Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning technologies.
β’ Experience with event management platforms like Cvent.
β’ Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to medical device training.
β’ Experience supporting training across multiple countries or international/regional teams.
