This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategies for commercial growth to enhance market presence, improve competitive standing, and foster sustainable revenue increase.
• Enhance service offerings, value propositions, and market entry strategies within Market Access, HEOR, PCO, and RWE consulting sectors.
• Optimize commercial operations, sales efficiency, and business development processes across various service lines.
• Create and execute scalable sales enablement initiatives, including tools, frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures, and best practices.
• Manage account planning, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization for key strategic clients.
• Enhance client relationships, proposal quality, and success rates in collaboration with business development leaders and consulting teams.
• Leverage market intelligence, commercial analytics, and performance metrics to uncover trends and guide strategic decisions.
• Synchronize commercial objectives with demand generation, thought leadership, and client engagement activities.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving business development team.
• Over 15 years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, sales leadership, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role within life sciences consulting, healthcare, or professional services.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing commercial growth strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Background in leading sales enablement, commercial operations, account management, or revenue optimization projects with demonstrable business outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of business development, pipeline management, CRM systems, forecasting, and commercial performance indicators.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of converting data into actionable business insights.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership across various functions and global teams.
• Established ability to lead, coach, and nurture high-performing commercial or business development teams.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and executive influencing capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
