This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets along with associated objectives.
• Build and sustain an active pipeline of both new and existing expansion accounts.
• Focus on opportunities to meet quotas and maintain healthy profit margins through a solutions sales approach.
• Oversee the sales process by grasping the roles of decision-makers, necessary actions, and timelines essential for closing deals.
• Provide accurate forecasts for sales opportunities.
• Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with both potential and current clients.
• Serve as a program partner, delivering outstanding service and adding value in every engagement.
• Generate value surrounding AEDs, accessories, first aid, program management, medical direction, and CPR/AED and active-shooter training.
• Showcase Safe Life's complete range of offerings as a comprehensive solution.
• Inform customers and prospects about solutions, features, benefits, and the mission of saving lives.
• Collaborate closely with training and program management teams to ensure expert scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of products and understanding of AED-related regulations.
• Recognize industry trends and competitive insights while providing feedback to the company.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve objectives.
• Engage with sales leadership regarding pipeline status, challenges, opportunities, sales and contracts, and strategic direction.
• Accurately complete order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to fulfill individual, departmental, or company objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including selling comprehensive solutions in the commercial sector.
• Proven record of consistent and successful sales performance.
• Experience in multi-touchpoint and conceptual selling is preferred.
• Must be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to address customer needs.
• Strong sales aptitude coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technology/software programs.
• Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Inquisitive, driven to succeed, and willing to ask thoughtful questions.
• Experience in a dynamic environment that necessitates multitasking.
• Proven ability to positively manage working relationships.
