Commercial Quoting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives on new, expansion, and renewal transactions.

• Assist in structuring multi-year agreements to enhance account stability.

• Integrate renewal and expansion SKUs when suitable.

• Oversee co-terms, repricing, and partial renewals.

• Minimize obstacles in late-stage negotiations.

• Strengthen funding validation prior to moving from Proposal to Committed stage.

• Ensure that structuring facilitates accurate forecasting.

• Track approval processes and response times.

• Recognize recurring challenges and propose enhancements.

• Uphold compliance and maintain audit trails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial quoting, deal desk, or sales operations.

• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ tools.

• Familiarity with SaaS subscription models.

• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams is preferred.

• Background in multi-year structuring is preferred.
