This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives on new, expansion, and renewal transactions

• Assist in structuring multi-year agreements to enhance account stability

• Merge renewal and expansion SKUs as needed

• Oversee co-terms, repricing, and partial renewals

• Minimize obstacles in late-stage negotiations

• Verify funding validation prior to Proposal → Committed

• Ensure that structuring facilitates accurate forecasting

• Track approval processes and turnaround times

• Spot recurring challenges and suggest enhancements

• Uphold compliance and audit standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial quoting, deal desk, or sales operations

• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ

• Familiarity with SaaS subscription models

• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams (preferred)

• Background in multi-year structuring (preferred)
