Commercial Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist product teams in delivering high-quality, competitive product solutions aimed at enhancing growth and retention of Ambetter marketplace members.

• Contribute to the annual Product Development Life Cycle for Commercial Marketplace products across all states.

• Aid in the design, construction, and management of a competitive portfolio of commercial products.

• Ensure ongoing market relevance of commercial product portfolios to support both short- and long-term growth strategies.

• Assist in the development of commercial products and propose initiatives to enhance product performance.

• Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, industry assessments, and monitor internal business performance.

• Use designated product tools to document, track, and mitigate issues and errors.

• Establish, document, and update processes for both core and ancillary business requirements.

• Lead intermediate projects and engage as a member of cross-functional teams.

• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products or product components.

• Create ongoing internal and external product training programs.

• Ensure that products comply with federal and state regulatory requirements.

• Assist with product-related regulatory filing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and product management.

• Preference for candidates with experience in similar or assigned products.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare, general insurance, insurance operations, sales operations, business analysis, key performance indicators, and portfolio management is highly preferred.

• Candidates may work remotely within the continental United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
