This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct data analysis for both internal and external reporting.
• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing internal processes and systems in collaboration with product and implementation teams.
• Oversee BibliU’s commercial publisher partner accounts.
• Develop relationships and strategize with commercial partners to align with BibliU’s strategic goals.
• Propose new business models and revenue opportunities to commercial partners and finalize commercial contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with commercial partners to optimize profit margins.
• Establish distribution agreements with new commercial partners to ensure comprehensive booklist coverage across partner universities.
• Clearly communicate BibliU’s platform and service value propositions through demonstrations and feature Q&A sessions.
• Maintain the repository of commercial partner contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Examine content usage and sales trends, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to publisher partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other departments to fulfill stakeholder requirements.
• Represent BibliU at global industry conferences as necessary in London and Frankfurt.
• Provide weekly/monthly adoption and commercial reports to publisher partners.
• Strong commercial acumen and skills in relationship building.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting and/or within a growing tech organization.
• Proficient in presentation and sales capabilities, with the ability to convey a value proposition to senior stakeholders and negotiate commercial terms.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with a remote team.
• Self-driven and adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Confidence and expertise in engaging with external stakeholders, including senior publishing executives (C-Suite, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools like ClickUp.
