This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of executing high-priority cross-departmental commercial initiatives by establishing project plans, monitoring milestones, mitigating risks, resolving dependencies, and ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee execution in collaboration with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships with external entities, focusing on governance, strategic alignment, executive engagement, risk resolution, and lifecycle execution.
• Create analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to assess results and guide commercial decisions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executives that clarify strategic options and trade-offs.
• Convert commercial priorities into actionable plans with assigned owners, timelines, deliverables, and accountability measures.
• Design and establish scalable processes, tools, templates, and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted commercial advisor by anticipating risks, questioning assumptions, proposing solutions, and ensuring alignment.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of CPH’s commercial strategy, products, partnerships, and operating model.
• Independently manage a portfolio of commercial initiatives and partnership workstreams.
• Implement project management methodologies and reporting frameworks, delivering analyses that influence executive decisions.
• Lead intricate initiatives from planning through execution, enhancing partnership performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology firm, or a similar role focused on execution within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
• Strong preference for experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, business operations, program management, partnerships, or cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or a dedicated program management position is advantageous.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience in managing external partner or customer relationships, coordinating meetings, driving follow-ups, and ensuring successful execution.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in building financial models, dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining high standards.
• Capacity to influence and achieve results through organization, collaboration, communication, and execution rather than through formal authority.
