Commercial Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage field operations effectively

• Coordinate and oversee operational workflows for various projects and processes

• Develop and oversee project timelines

• Facilitate communication and maintain status reports

• Monitor field operations processes to identify areas for productivity enhancement

• Collaborate with multiple departments to create or refine processes, enhance workflows, and reduce friction

• Understand the operational processes within Marketing, Financial Products, Creative, Finance, and Technology

• Propel the completion of assigned projects and escalate risks for timely resolution

• Manage and prioritize various work streams

• Effectively communicate projects, initiatives, and processes

• Identify opportunities to adapt to shifts in the market

• Evaluate and analyze data to support initiatives for improvement

• Act as a liaison between field and corporate partners, including technology and marketing teams

• Assess and assign technology security levels based on access requirements

• Perform additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent relevant experience

• Over 3 years of experience in operations, process, or project management

• Experience in evaluating, designing, and implementing processes is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Skilled in using Excel for data analysis, creating pivot tables, employing VLOOKUP, and writing formulas

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities

• Capability to analyze processes, identify issues, and develop innovative solutions

• Proficient in building consensus and fostering relationships across various departments

• Quick learner with strong information retention

• Analytical skills to understand the interactions among multiple systems

• Technologically adept

• Capable of managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Willing and able to travel up to 50% during the season
