This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate AMD's brand, product, and sales enablement within commercial partner environments, including distributors, VARs, NSPs, OEMs, sales conferences, and partner events.
• Oversee and deliver both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, workshops, floor days, and other partner engagements.
• Assess partner and customer needs to determine the appropriate enablement response.
• Guide and coach commercial sales partners on AMD solutions, competitive positioning, and converting technology into tangible customer value.
• Collect field intelligence regarding AMD, competitors, partner needs, customer objections, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities generated from training, events, and partner interactions.
• Establish and nurture relationships throughout AMD and the commercial channel.
• Provide accurate reporting on activities, insights, opportunities, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory with relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales, training, or enablement experience within the technology or commercial IT sectors.
• Proven training, presentation, and facilitation skills in both group and virtual environments.
• Strong preference for candidates with commercial distribution and channel experience, including familiarity with organizations like D&H, Ingram Micro, CDW, OEMs, VARs, NSPs, or similar commercial partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight as needed.
• Well-informed about Commercial IT and the commercial channel.
• Excellent sales, presentation, training, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to translate technical features into practical business and customer benefits.
• A curious, consultative problem solver who seeks to understand the underlying needs beyond the initial request.
• Proficient in recognizing patterns and transforming field activities into actionable commercial insights.
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Proficient with CRM, AI, reporting, and modern productivity tools.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Regularly able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and/or hear.
• Regularly capable of lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
• Occasionally able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally able to crouch, lift overhead, bend over, kneel, push, or pull.
• Occasionally travel using personal vehicle or other forms of transportation.
