Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with commercial insurance clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for policy servicing and account assistance.

• Oversee policy modifications, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service inquiries.

• Assist in renewal planning and remarketing activities when suitable.

• Provide support to clients regarding coverage inquiries, billing issues, and claims coordination.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver insurance solutions.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of account records and documentation.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client protection and foster account growth.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in client service, account management, or insurance is preferred.

• Property & Casualty License is preferred or a willingness to acquire one with agency support.
