Commercial Interior Fitout Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate comprehensive take-offs and bills of quantities for commercial interior fitout projects.

• Include partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware in project estimates.

• Create competitive tender submissions, complete with documentation and supporting materials.

• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and verify project scope coverage.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous tenders with overlapping deadlines.

• Develop material and cost breakdowns.

• Gradually assume greater pricing responsibilities over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in commercial interior fitout estimating, specifically for partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware.

• Familiarity with fitout estimating software (Planswift / Buildxact / Cubit), with Planswift being the primary tool.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently through drawings.

• Experience in the Australian market is highly valued.
