Commercial & Field Sys Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in various aspects of assigned IT solutions across Marketing, Milk Marketing, Producer Payroll, Sustainability, Customer Fulfillment, and Route Accounting.

• Lead the definition and implementation of solutions in accordance with IT project initiatives.

• Oversee tasks throughout the Define, Design, Develop, Implement, and Support phases of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business users, system analysts, IT partners, and technology partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and processes.

• Design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

• Spearhead programming and configuration efforts for Salesforce Platforms.

• Create functional specification documents.

• Coordinate enhancements related to interfaces, conversions, reports, user-exits, and forms.

• Engage with business process owners to promote process improvement through enhanced or new functionalities.

• Design, document, and execute unit, integration, and regression test plans in both development and QA environments.

• Maintain documentation for system configuration and user access.

• Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, and controls.

• Support issue resolution and facilitate knowledge transfer for end users.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships.

• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of solutions for Maola’s farmer-owned dairy cooperative and dairy-processing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically supporting CRM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain solutions, and Sustainability solutions.

• Proven experience in solution design, system configuration, development, testing, and defect debugging.

• At least 4 years of experience with a system development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies.

• Experience with governance, security practices, and audit compliance is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Data Architect is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect is preferred.

• Strong communication skills across oral, written, visual, and non-verbal channels.

• Capability to identify and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance.

• Ability to work collaboratively towards shared goals.

• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
