Commercial Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational cadence, integration, and transparency for Orders, Revenue, and PSI forecasts.

• Identify forecasting risks, opportunities, and initiatives that enhance predictability.

• Enhance funnel processes, governance, analytics, and reporting mechanisms.

• Elevate opportunity quality, prioritization, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.

• Convert customer, account, product, pricing, and performance data into actionable recommendations.

• Assist in the development of quotes and deal-calculator tools.

• Evaluate deal economics and margin repercussions.

• Engage in pricing and quote approvals within the defined authority limits.

• Monitor commercial commitments, revenue, margin, account profitability, compliance, and risks related to delivery or renewal.

• Facilitate visibility and corrective measures in collaboration with business owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of commercial practices.

• Practical experience in utilizing generative AI tools and AI agents for automating analysis, reporting, and workflows.

• Good judgment in assessing AI outputs.

• Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.

• Proficient in PowerPoint at an advanced level.

• Capability to translate data into clear and concise recommendations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% if located in Deer Park, IL, or up to 25% of the time to be onsite in Deer Park, IL.
