Commercial Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze tender documents, specifications, scopes, and client needs to create precise pricing.

• Generate estimates that encompass labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, consumables, and operating expenses.

• Create pricing models for new contracts, renewals, variations, and supplementary services while safeguarding profit margins.

• Perform site inspections to evaluate service requirements, staffing needs, productivity, equipment, and mobilization costs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to collect pricing data.

• Prepare high-quality tender submissions, pricing schedules, assumptions, and accompanying documentation within specified deadlines.

• Assist in tender negotiations, clarifications, handovers, reporting, and the ongoing enhancement of estimating processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience in estimating, pricing, tendering, bid support, or commercial analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing comprehensive estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to interpret scopes of work, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation.

• Competence in calculating labor, materials, equipment, and operating costs.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.

• Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, maintenance, security, or other labor-intensive service sectors is highly preferred.
