This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead commercial performance and business outcomes across the U.S. and Canada.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Drive the execution of financial and operational goals.
• Ensure effective collaboration among Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance departments.
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence.
• Create and implement market growth strategies across key segments and geographical areas.
• Accelerate growth in the U.S. while ensuring robust performance in Canada.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels for growth.
• Assess and enhance go-to-market strategies across different customer segments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the North American commercial team.
• Support significant customer negotiations and maintain strategic account relationships.
• Drive specification sales, channel sales, distribution partnerships, and project opportunities.
• Ensure robust sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial discipline.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
• Transform business strategies into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Advocate for organizational alignment and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Serve as a vital member of the North American leadership team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading and developing sales or commercial teams.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and business management.
• Experience in driving growth, business transformation, or turnaround initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in forecasting and pricing.
• Ability to lead across various business functions and influence key stakeholders.
• Valid passport is necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%-60% within the U.S. and Canada.
• Preferred experience in building products, construction materials, water management, infrastructure, drainage, utility, pipe systems, or related fields.
• Preferred experience managing specification-driven sales and channel/distribution sales models.
• Strong network among contractors, distributors, architects, engineers, developers, or home builders is advantageous.
• Experience in a multinational organization is desirable.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
