
Commercial & Customer Service Coordinator – Kitchen Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage professionally and courteously with customers in commercial kitchens.
• Perform customer outreach and arrange appointments.
• Clearly explain the program and assist customers throughout the process.
• Gather necessary information, documents, and videos from commercial kitchens.
• Upload videos, documents, and other essential information into the company’s software.
• Submit required information through relevant government and utility program systems.
• Monitor applications and follow up on their status.
• Reach out to customers when additional information or documentation is needed.
• Oversee applications from submission to approval.
• Learn and effectively utilize the client’s newly developed software.
• Identify software issues, errors, or problems and communicate them clearly to the client.
• Independently troubleshoot basic issues whenever possible.
• Keep organized records and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and punctually.
• Take initiative, research solutions, and resolve issues independently instead of waiting for constant guidance.
• Execute other duties related to the position as assigned.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging professionally and effectively with clients.
• Previous experience in customer service, operations, administration, scheduling, outreach, or software is preferred.
• Positive, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable navigating new technologies, unfamiliar software, and evolving systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Confident in communicating with customers and conducting outbound outreach.
• Capable of identifying problems, assessing situations, and clearly communicating issues.
• Resourceful and able to take initiative, research solutions, and independently resolve issues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (Google Sheets, spreadsheets, document management).
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
