This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prospect and identify potential clients within the security sales sector through methods such as cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Conduct research on prospects to determine their security needs, challenges, and key decision-makers.
• Build a steady pipeline of high-quality leads by consistently meeting or surpassing weekly and monthly goals.
• Evaluate leads to align business requirements with appropriate security solutions and services.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies for specific industries, regions, or clients.
• Keep precise records of prospects, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new advancements in security technologies.
• Attend sales training sessions and team meetings.
• Offer insights to marketing and product teams to enhance messaging and refine product offerings.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within the cloud-native, cybersecurity, or DevOps sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and fostering relationships with prospects and clients.
• Proficient in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM or Salesforce, along with other sales enablement tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, products, and services is highly advantageous.
