This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop and expand a specified territory.
• Implement a territory strategy aimed at acquiring new logos and fostering account growth within enterprise accounts.
• Build, oversee, and advance a qualified sales pipeline through both direct and channel-partner opportunities.
• Identify key stakeholders, cultivate relationships, and engage with senior decision-makers.
• Lead and facilitate customer interactions through discovery, evaluation, proposal formulation, and solution alignment.
• Create and present value-driven proposals that link Cohesity’s platform with customer security, resilience, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances such as NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, and AWS.
• Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of opportunities.
• Contribute to consistent quarterly performance results.
• Provide customer insights and competitive feedback to sales and product teams.
• Proven experience in selling to and collaborating with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Ability to align solutions with customer security and risk management requirements.
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in cybersecurity and data protection, particularly regarding ransomware and recovery.
• Demonstrated success in selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably in infrastructure, SaaS, or related markets.
• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity, organization, and sales effectiveness.
• Evidence of success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Basic understanding of data security and backup technologies.
• Familiarity with Cohesity DataProtect, DataHawk, and SmartFiles is advantageous.
• Exposure to NetBackup, Backup Exec, or InfoScale is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Comfort in working with channel partners and a desire to develop co-selling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in professional English.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
