College Recruiting Support Associate – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily social media content and activities for LOVB Recruiting

• Post recruiting videos on Instagram and YouTube

• Develop short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories

• Manage Google Classroom and SportsRecruits/HUDL for LOVB Clubs

• Provide live coverage of matches and events on various platforms

• Travel to tournaments or clubs 3–4 times each season to create recruiting content, including AAU and USAV Nationals

• Assist the national recruiting director with everyday administrative tasks

• Support the Recruiting team in tracking and assessing club players

• Keep the internal athlete database updated with recruiting notes, statistics, commitments, and contact details

• Aid the Director of College Recruiting in enhancing athlete visibility, social media presence, and administrative support

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for LOVB alumni

• Experience in utilizing social media platforms and creating content

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing analytics

• Familiarity with social media, digital platforms, Google Classroom, HUDL, and Google Workspace

• Competent in operating a computer and using a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools

• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills

• Flexibility to work from any location within the US

• Willingness to travel for site visits and other business-related purposes

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to recognize when to escalate issues or challenges

• Strong collaborative skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with a remote, distributed team

• Positive, proactive, organized, and creative approach

• Highly adaptable and eager to learn in a rapidly changing environment
