Collector II – Bilingual, Japanese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage calls related to overdue mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including third-party servicing and collections, through phone and mail communication.

• Execute collection activities to uphold acceptable delinquency rates as established by financial management.

• Maintain requisite call activity, contact rates, and other essential performance metrics.

• Process correspondence and payments in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.

• Keep thorough and organized documentation to support owner accounts.

• Request skip tracing as needed.

• Support collections staff with daily operational processes and procedures when necessary.

• Provide owners with a general understanding of ownership and the terms and conditions of their contracts.

• Conduct collection activities in compliance with company policies and federal regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Japanese speaker.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Exceptional organizational abilities are necessary.

• Must fulfill federal and state licensing requirements.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

• Over six months of experience in collections or related customer service/sales roles is preferred.

• Experience with skip tracing is a plus.

• Background in the timeshare industry, financial services, or banking is advantageous.
