Collections Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit & Collections functions

• Lead and provide support to the collections team

• Track AR/Collection key performance indicators such as DSO, Aging, delinquency, and recovery rate

• Engage in intricate collection negotiations and manage customer escalations

• Assist in collection operations for both corporate and international clients

• Utilize financial ERP systems and advanced Excel for reporting and analytical purposes

• Enhance collection processes and automation

• Collaborate with accounting, legal, and consulting teams serving organizations in Brazil and the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit & Collections

• Previous experience in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of AR/Collection KPIs including DSO, Aging, delinquency, and recovery rate

• Experience in complex collection negotiations and managing customer escalations

• Proficient in advanced Excel

• Familiarity with financial ERP systems

• Analytical, results-driven, and possess strong communication abilities

• Advanced English proficiency, evaluated during the interview

• Experience within accounting firms, BPO, outsourcing, or professional services

• Background in B2B collections and dealing with corporate clients

• Experience with international clients or cross-border operations

• Knowledge of PDD, credit analysis, and credit policies

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools

• Understanding of LGPD/CDC and regulations related to collections

• Experience in collection automation and process enhancement
