Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect overdue balances on designated accounts

• Establish enduring relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and delinquencies over 90 days

• Execute collection efforts on invoices and recycle hauls

• Reach out to customers and providers to resolve outstanding balances

• Reconcile and investigate accounts both internally and externally

• Assist in resolving disputed balances

• Communicate findings to all relevant parties

• Document actions taken on customer accounts comprehensively

• Deliver customer service to both internal and external clients

• Prepare weekly follow-up reports concerning credit and collection activities

• Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned or deemed necessary

• Proven experience in collecting for high-value accounts

• At least 2 years of collections or relevant experience
