Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Manage both outbound and inbound calls

• Collect payments on overdue accounts

• Deliver exceptional support and service to customers

• Complete five weeks of essential full-time virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Work full-time weekday shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Fulfill required Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

• Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting your application

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and prior collections

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in computer skills and typing, able to work with multiple software applications/screens at once

• Telephone experience in a customer service or call center setting

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT

• A designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free of distractions is essential

• A wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds is required; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are incompatible with our systems

• Attendance of 100% is mandatory during the five weeks of essential full-time virtual training
