Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Reach out proactively to customers with accounts that are overdue.

• Comprehend the financial challenges faced by customers and identify solutions to ensure consistent loan payments.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to delinquent loan payments.

• Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements in accordance with Enova's call flow procedures.

• Address customer concerns and complex late-payment issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Clarify the implications of overdue payments and provide support for financial resolutions.

• Precisely document customer interactions, payment plans, and pertinent information in Enova's database.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Enova cannot sponsor visas or take over sponsorship.

• Residency required in IL, IN, IA, MO, TX, UT, WI, or WY.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume debt collections setting.

• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls while achieving daily call volume goals.

• Outstanding conflict resolution and communication abilities.

• Proficient in active listening and de-escalation methods.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to integrate company policy with customer empathy.

• High self-management capability for remote work.

• Excellent time management skills and strict adherence to schedules.

• Ability to maintain concentration, attention to detail, and multitask effectively.

• Capability to think quickly and logically, solving difficult issues under pressure.
