Bilingual Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the collection of overdue payments within the personal finance division as an individual contributor.

• Identify accounts with late payments and devise strategies to bring loans up to date.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance targets.

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls with clients to address outstanding debts.

• Adhere to GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures.

• Address overdue bills and secure payments.

• Maintain records of amounts due and the duration of delinquency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit and collections.

• Familiarity with sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous telemarketing experience with financial products is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-driven and highly goal-oriented.

• Collaborative team player.

• Professional demeanor.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
