This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Perform thorough cognitive evaluations and document initial cognitive profiles.

• Create tailored cognitive remediation treatment plans according to patient requirements.

• Implement structured interventions (both computer-assisted and therapist-guided) to enhance cognitive abilities.

• Track patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed.

• Offer education, support, and counseling to patients and their families regarding goals, progress, and cognitive health strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with neurologists and interdisciplinary clinical teams.

• Keep comprehensive clinical records and comply with HIPAA regulations and clinic quality standards.

• Engage in case review meetings and aid in the ongoing enhancement of therapy protocols.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or a related therapeutic discipline.

• A full professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, OTR/L, SLP-CCC) or equivalent qualifications recognized in Texas.

• Proven experience in cognitive therapy, cognitive remediation methods, or neurorehabilitation.

• Excellent documentation, assessment, and clinical communication abilities.

• Experience with neurological patient populations such as those with stroke, TBI, or dementia is preferred.

• Additional certifications in cognitive rehabilitation or neuropsychological intervention are advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and motivational capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Competent in utilizing clinical assessment tools and electronic health records (EHR).
