This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions that achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulations that facilitate evidence-based interventions.

• Identify the most suitable care pathway and support for each client through detailed assessments.

• Offer consultations via telephone or video, based on client preferences.

• Comply with Bupa’s case management protocols.

• Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the broader therapy team.

• Follow session limits according to the client’s Private Medical Insurance financial allowance.

• Work towards achieving therapeutic recovery objectives.

• Provide high-intensity one-on-one CBT sessions for clients referred from Bupa’s insurance division.

• Act as the initial clinical contact for individuals with potential mental health concerns.

• Deliver a high-quality, effective, and safe mental wellbeing service using MS Teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Full accreditation from the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

• Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity), accredited by BABCP.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in delivering high-intensity CBT interventions.

• Experience working with clients who present with a variety of conditions.

• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft systems and electronic medical record platforms.

• A diverse and extensive clinical background.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Ability to present to groups and conduct training workshops is preferred.

• Availability for at least 3 days per week, totaling 24 hours for part-time positions.

• Flexibility to work shifts between 09:00 and 20:00, including at least one late shift from 11:30 to 20:00.

• Capability to conduct five appointments each day.
