This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of coaches.
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and performance management.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, goal setting, time and attendance, and address performance or conduct issues.
• Ensure coaches deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that meets InStride standards along with clinical, operational, and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with therapists and care team members to address complex patient needs, care concerns, and escalations.
• Manage team capacity, coverage, and workload, which may include occasional direct coaching responsibilities.
• Monitor team performance, care quality, and operational trends through data analysis and team insights.
• Promote the adoption of department processes, workflows, and updates in care delivery.
• Advocate for the coach experience and team needs within clinical, operational, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide team insights to enhance care delivery, workflows, technology, and the overall coach experience.
• Support departmental initiatives and align with organizational priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field is mandatory.
• Proven experience in supervising and/or managing a team of professionals, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral coaching, or structured support setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral coaching, evidence-based behavior change, and the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Ability to utilize performance data, team metrics, and qualitative insights to identify trends, enhance team performance, and guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to foster a positive team environment, nurture individual strengths, and promote ongoing improvement.
• Skill in assessing complex situations, determining appropriate next steps, and recognizing when issues necessitate additional support or escalation.
• Proficiency in using technology, data, and digital tools to enhance team performance and care delivery.
• Strong commitment to HIPAA compliance, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle competing priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.
