This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee user accounts, access roles, and permission frameworks in accordance with governance standards.
• Set up CMS configurations, workflows, content categories, metadata frameworks, and taxonomy designs.
• Facilitate content migrations, bulk modifications, and structured content processes throughout the platform.
• Resolve administrative CMS challenges, including publishing issues, workflow disruptions, permissions conflicts, and configuration deficiencies.
• Uphold CMS governance guidelines, configuration benchmarks, and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to assess new features, integrations, and enhancements to the platform.
• Observe system performance, pinpoint issues, and aid in root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• Ensure CMS release readiness by verifying administrative functions, workflow reliability, and configuration precision.
• Develop, revise, and sustain operational protocols, SOPs, and training materials for content administrators and editors.
• Assist in optimizing metadata, enhancing content structures, and updating search-related configurations.
• Engage in sprint ceremonies, discussions with PMO personnel, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance, backed by a Tier 5 background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Digital Media, Web Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing enterprise CMS platforms or digital content systems.
• Proficient in configuring CMS content types, taxonomy frameworks, metadata structures, and workflow settings.
• Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls.
• Background in troubleshooting CMS administrative problems, workflow breakdowns, or configuration discrepancies.
• Strong knowledge of CMS administration, configuration settings, and backend content architectures.
• Familiarity with metadata modeling, taxonomy development, and content lifecycle management.
• Understanding of CMS governance, workflow automation, and content publishing protocols.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
• ITIL Foundations certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain a precise and consistent CMS configuration.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to support content editors, developers, and mission stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing CMS challenges and configuration discrepancies.
• Capability to juggle multiple administrative tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic mission-driven environment.
