This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Formulate and implement a detailed CMMS strategy.
• Collaborate with client leadership to optimize system ROI and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary advisor for clients on CMMS-related projects.
• Deliver performance metrics, strategic suggestions, and insights from the system.
• Direct the platform change management initiative.
• Ensure the integration of new features and processes among account teams.
• Oversee the pipeline for system improvements, configurations, and support escalations with internal platform teams.
• Examine system data to uncover performance trends and produce actionable insights.
• Create KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify, test, and expand best-in-class processes and system innovations.
• Maintain supervision of the Corrigo platform, focusing on data integrity, feature releases, and overall system health.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects alongside Facilities, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing CMMS/work order applications, ideally within a facilities management or performance management environment.
• Expert knowledge of the Corrigo CMMS platform, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
• Proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities, with a process-oriented and data-driven approach.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
