Cloud Financial Administration Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute maintenance, configuration, and daily management of global finance software applications for BETSOL clients.

• Configure software applications and modules, which includes application settings, administration configurations, and data migrations.

• Administer application role security in alignment with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new Finance applications and lead periodic control assessments in collaboration with auditors.

• Conduct user provisioning for Finance applications and manage associated change-request tickets.

• Act as the primary resource for managing Finance application ticket boards.

• Work closely with senior Finance leadership on prioritizing change-pipeline initiatives and managing open tickets.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Finance software and integrations, including outages.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review updates and software releases for applications, leading testing of affected processes alongside Finance process owners.

• Provide training for staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications.

• Address requests from internal and external auditors regarding Finance applications and technology.

• Temporarily take on responsibilities from the Global Finance Applications Lead during approved leave periods.

• Play a role in the implementation of new Finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4-6 years of professional experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in a corporate setting.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications like Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Strong resourcefulness and aptitude for problem-solving.

• Proven track record of supporting projects and collaborating with team members to meet deliverables.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or relevant work experience.
