Cloud DevOps Engineer – Integration Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operate, enhance, and expand the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) within an agile DevOps team.

• Integrate SEEBURGER products, cloud services, and third-party solutions into a cohesive, customer-centric managed service.

• Design and implement service functionalities such as onboarding, customer-specific modifications, and security measures.

• Automate provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, and operational tasks.

• Collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and Operations to continually enhance the service.

• Boost platform reliability, security, and transparency through automation and standardization.

• Further develop CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code methodologies, and platform automation.

• Convert product features into scalable, dependable, and customer-oriented services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience.

• Practical experience managing cloud services and Linux-based platforms in production settings.

• Familiarity with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and contemporary operations and monitoring solutions.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured methodology for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Technical insight into developing robust and sustainable service functionalities.

• Self-driven, inquisitive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.

• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse teams, countries, and disciplines.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.

• Technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud-native technologies, SEEBURGER BIS, Go, Python, Groovy, Jenkins, GitHub, CodeCommit, Terraform, Ansible, CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry (OTel).
