This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, monitor, and manage cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and SaaS.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee access, usage, and resources to maintain infrastructure security and compliance.
• Conduct system backups and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Offer technical support for cloud applications and services.
• Provide training for end users as necessary.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to oversee cloud privacy.
• Address technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Continuously enhance cloud infrastructure while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex challenges.
• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Certification in AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400, or an equivalent certification.
• At least five years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven track record in cloud administration, with specialization in Azure and other SaaS applications.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Availability to support core hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Preferred: six or more years of experience supporting Azure Cloud.
• Preferred: Azure Administrator Associate, MS-102 Administrator Expert, ITIL, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
• Preferred: familiarity with CMMC Level 2, GovHigh, 32CFR, CUI, FedRAMP, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Preferred: experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Preferred: background working with 8(a) companies, Alaska Native Corporations, and government contracting.
