Clinician Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct three-hour live onboarding sessions with newly hired clinicians through video conferencing.

• Maintain high engagement levels and foster confidence within large groups through dynamic energy and effective communication.

• Guide clinicians on EHR workflows, documentation practices, scheduling, and platform navigation using screen sharing.

• Assist clinicians in setting up payroll systems and entering timesheets in Rippling or a similar platform.

• Address live technical inquiries and questions related to processes.

• Prepare necessary materials, presentations, platform configurations, participant lists, calendar invites, and pre-call communications.

• Respond to clinician inquiries post-call via email or messaging, tracking open questions until resolved.

• Refer complex or clinical queries to the appropriate internal team member.

• Identify recurring inquiries and challenges encountered during onboarding.

• Document issues and contribute to the enhancement of onboarding materials, scripts, and workflows.

• Assume responsibility for the clinician onboarding process on behalf of a company leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and friendly approach.

• Background in healthcare, preferably within behavioral health, therapy, or clinical support.

• Proficient in navigating and presenting EHR platforms during live screen-share calls; familiarity with Tebra is highly advantageous.

• Experience guiding clinicians or staff through onboarding protocols, including healthcare regulations, policies, and platform navigation.

• Knowledge of payroll systems such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar; experience with Rippling is preferred.

• High energy and presence during live video sessions, capable of engaging a large audience throughout extended periods.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and other similar productivity applications.

• Well-organized and self-motivated, capable of managing preparation, execution, and follow-up for multiple onboarding groups simultaneously.

• Experience in credentialing, revenue cycle management, scheduling, or provider support within a healthcare environment is a plus.

• Background in supporting clinician onboarding in telehealth, virtual care, or behavioral health platforms is beneficial.

• Experience managing onboarding programs for large groups across several sessions is a plus.

• Updated resume is mandatory.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and detailing your healthcare onboarding or clinical support experience is required.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time.
