Clinician Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate three-hour live onboarding sessions for newly recruited clinicians through video conferencing.

• Maintain engagement and confidence among large cohorts by utilizing dynamic energy and effective communication.

• Guide clinicians through EHR workflows, documentation procedures, scheduling, and platform navigation via screen sharing.

• Assist clinicians with payroll setup and timesheet entries in Rippling or a similar platform.

• Address live technical inquiries and process-related questions.

• Prepare essential materials, presentations, platform configurations, participant lists, calendar invitations, and pre-call communications.

• Respond to clinician inquiries after calls via email or messaging, tracking open questions until resolution.

• Escalate complex or clinical inquiries to the appropriate internal team member.

• Identify recurring onboarding inquiries and pain points.

• Document issues and contribute to the enhancement of onboarding materials, scripts, and workflows.

• Assume responsibility for the clinician onboarding function from a company leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and friendly delivery.

• Experience in healthcare, particularly in behavioral health, therapy, or clinical support.

• Proficient in navigating and presenting EHR platforms during live screen-share calls; familiarity with Tebra is a significant advantage.

• Experience guiding clinicians or staff through onboarding processes, including healthcare guidelines, policies, and platform navigation.

• Familiarity with payroll systems like Rippling, Gusto, or similar; experience with Rippling is preferred.

• High energy and presence during live video calls, capable of maintaining engagement with large groups throughout extended sessions.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and other similar productivity tools.

• Well-organized and self-motivated, adept at managing preparation, execution, and follow-up for multiple onboarding cohorts simultaneously.

• Background in credentialing, revenue cycle management, scheduling, or provider support in a healthcare environment is a plus.

• Experience in supporting clinician onboarding within a telehealth, virtual care, or behavioral health platform is a plus.

• Experience managing onboarding programs for large cohorts across multiple sessions is a plus.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time.

• An updated resume is required.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and detailing your experience in healthcare onboarding or clinical support is required; only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered for the next stage.
