Clinician Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate three-hour live onboarding sessions for newly hired clinicians via video conference.

• Guide clinicians through the EHR platform, covering workflows, documentation, scheduling, and navigation.

• Assist clinicians in setting up their payroll systems and entering timesheets in Rippling or an equivalent platform.

• Engage and maintain the focus and confidence of large clinician groups throughout onboarding sessions.

• Address technical and process-related inquiries in real-time.

• Prepare necessary materials, presentations, and platform configurations prior to each session.

• Organize participant lists, schedule calendar invites, and handle pre-call communications.

• Respond to clinician inquiries via email or messaging after onboarding.

• Monitor outstanding questions and ensure thorough responses are provided.

• Escalate intricate or clinical inquiries to the appropriate internal team member.

• Recognize recurring inquiries and onboarding challenges.

• Record issues and assist in enhancing onboarding materials, scripts, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, delivered clearly, professionally, and warmly.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in behavioral health, therapy, or clinical support.

• Proficient in navigating and presenting EHR platforms during live screen-share sessions; familiarity with Tebra is a substantial advantage.

• Experience guiding clinicians or staff through onboarding processes, including healthcare guidelines, policies, and platform navigation.

• Knowledge of payroll systems such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar; experience with Rippling is preferred.

• High energy and presence during live video calls, able to keep a large audience engaged over extended sessions.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and other productivity and collaboration tools.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing preparation, execution, and follow-up across multiple onboarding groups simultaneously.

• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.

• An updated resume is required.

• A brief Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and detailing your healthcare onboarding or clinical support experience is required for consideration.
