Clinical Trial Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality tools for data collection in new clinical trials.

• Oversee the design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation of clinical eCRF databases.

• Create eCRF forms utilizing Oracle InForm/Central Designer or Veeva CDMS/Studio.

• Analyze detailed data collection requirements based on protocols and input from the study team.

• Collaborate with libraries and generate new forms when suitable options are unavailable.

• Generate annotated study books.

• Design workflows, dynamic forms, and events.

• Validate study forms and design schedules.

• Develop test protocols and conduct quality control of forms.

• Assist with data integrations, local lab management, and coding functionalities.

• Participate in post-production form modifications in ongoing trials.

• Implement lessons learned from previous study builds.

• Host study team meetings to discuss project scope, timelines, and requirements.

• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in data management.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree; equivalent experience may be taken into account.

• At least 2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management using electronic data capture systems.

• Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work, excellent customer service, and minimal errors.

• Capacity to handle multiple project tasks and deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in planning and managing clinical trials in the biopharmaceutical sector or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with clinical research processes and standards such as CDISC/CDASH/SDTM is preferred.

• Design experience with Oracle InForm/Central Designer or Veeva CDMS/Studio.
