Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Assist clients in overcoming anxiety, managing grief, enhancing family relationships, and achieving personal objectives.

• Address a range of issues including adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Maintain and enter appropriate documentation into WellQor's web-based EHR system in accordance with company policies.

• Collaborate with designated care teams and seek advice, institutional knowledge, and feedback from peers.

• Work with Clinical Directors to create treatment plans that promote positive outcomes for patients.

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to exchange ideas and receive support from clinicians and leadership across the nation.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be licensed for independent practice.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Comfortable using mobile devices.

• Experience or familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication is preferred.

• Participation or empanelment with commercial insurance plans is beneficial but not mandatory.
