Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions with clients

• Assist clients in addressing concerns related to anxiety, grief, family dynamics, and personal growth

• Address a variety of issues including adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance use

• Work collaboratively with designated care teams and colleagues for guidance, institutional knowledge, and constructive feedback

• Partner with Clinical Directors to create treatment plans and gather insights

• Input and uphold documentation in WellQor's online EHR in accordance with company protocols

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to exchange ideas and receive support from clinicians and leadership across the nation

• Foster long-term relationships with patients through teletherapy

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent accreditation allowing for independent practice

• Participation or empanelment with commercial insurance plans is advantageous but not mandatory

• Proficient computer skills

• Comfortable using mobile devices

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication
